This sublime sauce is blended with our black winter truffle, all grown on our own trufflerie located in the pristine paradise of Manjimup Western Australia. The pungent, intense, earthy fragrance of the Perigord Truffle lends a unique umami flavour to a classic tomato based sauce.

It can be used on simple pasta dishes, or enjoyed as a dip appetizer. This sauce is so versatile it can also be used when cooking your favourite meats such as chicken, beef, lamb, pork etc.
